Wart On Face
Warts are unsightly tumors that grow on the skin normal seen on fingers and hands but can potentially affect any area of skin and sometimes actually found inside the mouth but increasingly on the genitals. Some people are more likely to get warts than others in an these instances they can even catch them form using the towel of someone who has them but any skin contact could mean they will be passed on.
Warts situated on the soles of the feet do cause discomfort but generally they are painless even warts on the genitalia which are caught from another person who has them and becomes a carrier through sex. Women can actually have warts on the inside of the vaginal walls and not know they have the growths.
There isn’t normally any reason to have warts removed as they don’t prove normally to be a problem but if they are the result of an incision then they can start spreading especially if picked at. Many people have warts removed as they do not look pleasant or to stop them infecting other areas but even if the warts are removed there is no guarantee they will not return. A common method of removing them is by the application of liquid nitrogen and after a few treatments they usually drop of but this has to be performed by a doctor.
Wart On Face...
Most people are aware of the common wart but many different strains exist. There are more than 100 types of human papillomavirus viruses; some types of human papillomavirus tend to cause warts on the skin, while other types focus on the genitals and rectal area.
It is still unknown why some people are more susceptible to warts than others and some are so sensitive they can even get them from biting their finger nails which spread to the fingertips. Common warts appear most often on the tops of the fingers and hands, usually along the cuticles, as rough, thick, cauliflower like papules that develop on their own or in large numbers and often contain one or more tiny black dots, that are actually small, clotted blood vessels.
The small flat skin colored papules are in fact flat warts and are more likely to be seen on the face legs and arms sometimes in very large groups which may contain hundreds of them. Anal and genital warts are much more serious not just because they are highly infectious but they are in particularly sensitive areas of the body and can be found internally, even inside the urethra.
It is quite common for warts to disappear on their own although it cab take years for this to happen or as short as a few months, but some warts are stubborn and require additional treatment. The most common type of treatment involves salicylic acid which is readily available at drugstores and supermarkets but remember that removing a wart with salicylic acid requires a strict regimen of cleaning the area, applying the acid, and removing the dead skin with a pumice stone or emery board.
